Had a great lunch here loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Service was extremely slow but there was only one girl working tables and she was very nice. Only gave 4 stars for food as they were out of the salad dressing I wanted that was listed on the menu and the salad was small for the price. It was excellent quality and very fresh. Chicken and waffles were delicious and the fries are really good. I’d like to go back and try a burger. I would recommend you check it out if you are in Campbellford especially if like small trendy pubs. It is a small restaurant so be prepared to wait a bit for a table.
Food was delicious and large serving size. I had the grilled cheese with bacon and avocado and my husband had the 1 piece fish & chips which was a large piece. Service was very good, server was friendly and timely. Nice to sit on the patio with a river view. Chairs were like old school chairs with wooden seats and had some saturation, nothing major.
This place was recommended by a friend who had been there earlier the same day and it did not disappoint! I had the brisket sandwich with soup and mashed potatoes and my boyfriend had the Turkey apple sandwich with fries. My meal from start to finish was absolutely delicious. The portions are large, the server was friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy. We will be back in the summer to try their patio!
Best spot in Campbellford hands down. Fresh ingredients, got to pick 2 sides with my sandwich and the fries were next level awesome. Salad was great, croutons definitely made in house. Staff were awesome our server was lovely and popped by frequently. Food was next level awesome we will definitely be back
We stopped in for a late lunch/early supper and it was delicious!! My father-in-law started delivering CO2 here and wanted to try this place out, especially after seeing how clean the kitchen was. I’ve heard almost everything is made from scratch, and you can really taste it! I’m total the group got a couple club sandwiches, soup and salad and they were all very tasty. It’s a cute little place. I’m excited to stop back in during the summer when they have their patio open.
Came to Campbellford for the weekend from Toronto. The location and view to the water is great! The patio is nicely shaded and cozy. The beef brisket dinner is excellent. I like the offering of two sides with some meals. This is a very generous. I liked the build your own burger idea using markers right on the menu!! Decent beer and wine selection. Staff are friendly and they never made us feel rushed. Thanks for a nice evening.
Don't sleep on this spot. It's a smaller town but the food here was scrumptious. I had the brisket with a Nice Yorkshire. The drinks were good and the service was great as well.
We had the beyond burger with the gluten-free bun, a side of fries, and a house salad. It was all very delicious and the bun held up nicely. They also have a quaint patio featuring a pear tree. The service was solid and the view of the river was quite nice.
